Its origins in Queensland started with the opening of a Brisbane office at the outset of the private certification system which commenced in 1998. Further growth of the business led to the new offices on the Sunshine Coast and subsequently to its recently opened Gold Coast office.

Establishing an office on the Gold Coast was undertaken in recognition of the growing portfolio of certification works the company is providing along the coast. The office will help to better serve our clients in the region.

A cross section of projects the company has supplied building certification services too include a 480 multi-level apartment/ hotel/ mixed use development at Burleigh Heads along with a multi-storey apartment development (150 apartments) at Helensvale and various industrial projects varying in size from 30,000m2 (large over-sized buildings) to small multi-unit factories.

An extensive range of housing, both project homes and architectural designs have been certified in addition to various commercial and retail building works.
